The British government’s ability to wield the virus by bureaucratically weaponising these systems of oppressive dependency is a move towards ever increasing productivity and standardisation.
We call upon unions, councils, teachers and parents to expose the realities of the government’s plans to prematurely reopen schools, to actively resist reopenings, and to mount an immediate propaganda campaign to stop this plan.
The pandemic has shown that this rotten system is beyond reform, and there’s a pressing need to raise the level of struggle into a fight for revolutionary socialism and full working-class control and ownership of the state and economy. The fight of our lives is coming.
And so we warn you: in the years to come, you may be asked a question. You would do well to prepare. First, they came for the elderly, the disabled, the migrants and the chained. What did you do?
